I'll need a horse to get me through the day....

"Daddy pleeasse can we go see her tommarow before school please?"

An apple on the counter for penny boots laid out, clothes and everything ready for school. This was an opprotunity i couldn't pass up.

"Deal"

Yes yes yes! so at 7:20 me and Dad set out for the barn near the highway.
Clutching the apple, I couldn't wait to see her. This was all I needed to get through the day.

No it wasn't when I got to school, during science, we were drawing animal names for mammal projects. I knew a horse was in that bucket so when me and myBFF Bailee drew a name, An ELEPHANT! ggggggrrrr. The kids who did get horse got stupid pictures and stupid info and, and ahhhhhh!

I guess its a good thing I didn't get the horse project, I would have wrote a book.

Penny- Not my horse

(Penny is a Buckskin horse beloning to my uncle who well, doesn't really care about her.) Horses are to be tended to when hurt, to be feed at the same time every day, to have proper living conditions, to be given some manners, and most importantly loved.
Don't get me wrong, I love my uncle, its just that he is a tough guy who thinks the horse will be Perfectly Fine without him all the time but she isn't.
A goat used to be put in the same pen as her. And if you know anything about goats, they eat anything so her mane and tail are now black and short. When my uncle sold the goat for meat, Penny became very lonely out in the country 24/7 this was sad.
As I state was, I mean that I am becoming more dertimined to help her, I am learning more about horses for her sake, I got a grooming kit for Christmas and plan to do well with it. Horses need other horses and if only she would be mine I would keep her with a friend who has horses, I would train her at the age of nine. I love Penny so much and more.
